There is an internal battle within every single one of us. We are constantly fighting our demons and oftentimes they consume us. Our own mind creates illusions of self-doubt, fear, and insecurity that we start to believe the lie. The lie that we are not powerful. The lie that we are failures. The lie that we will never amount to anything of value.

We have believed the lie and told no one of our new beliefs. We have instead created personas and false confidence that we are ok and have it all together.

The worse thing we can do is be silent. And in this book, I expose my weaknesses in order to strengthen you. I expose my desire for more. I share what I have learned about mental fortitude and how affirmations have become a part of my daily weaponry against myself.

I refuse to allow life to beat me down. And I refuse to shut myself out from the world and try to deal with this all on my own! Yes, I wrote this for myself. I wrote this for my own deliverance. And in the process of my journey, I can help others. I can help you.
